By accessing or using StampIt, a product of Payrollsimple, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Payrollsimple reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of StampIt after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Use of the Platform
StampIt is intended solely for lawful, legitimate business purposes. You agree to use this platform only to create stamps and process documents that you are authorised to handle.
You are solely responsible for the content of any stamp, signature or document created or processed using StampIt. Payrollsimple bears no responsibility for the accuracy, legality or authenticity of user-generated content.
User Responsibilities
You agree that you will not use StampIt to create, reproduce or distribute stamps, seals or signatures that misrepresent your authority, identity or organisational affiliation.
You are responsible for ensuring the device and network environment you use to access StampIt is secure. Payrollsimple shall not be liable for any consequences arising from use of the platform on shared, public or compromised devices or networks.
All stamps and documents created through StampIt are generated solely by you, the user. You assume full legal responsibility for their use.
Intellectual Property
StampIt, its design, interface, branding and underlying technology are the exclusive intellectual property of Payrollsimple. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or reverse engineering of any part of this platform is strictly prohibited.
Content generated by users — including stamps, signatures and processed documents — remains the intellectual property of the respective user. Payrollsimple claims no ownership over user-generated content.
Limitation of Liability
Payrollsimple provides StampIt on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Payrollsimple shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use StampIt, including but not limited to loss of data, documents, business or revenue.
Termination
Payrollsimple reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently discontinue access to StampIt at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including suspected misuse or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Your Agreement to These Terms
By accessing or continuing to use StampIt, you unconditionally agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer — all of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this binding agreement.
Payrollsimple reserves the sole and absolute right to amend, revise, add to or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy or Disclaimer at any time, without prior notice to users. Such changes shall take effect immediately upon being published on this platform.
Your continued use of StampIt following any such revision shall constitute your full and unconditional acceptance of the amended terms, whether or not you have read or been notified of the changes.
It is your responsibility to review these documents periodically. If you do not agree to any revision, you must immediately cease using StampIt.
